The regular fee includes all conference sessions, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and the mountain-top banquet at Grouse Montain. The "fee with guest" adds one guest ticket for reception and banquet.
Note: Registrations are only valid after payment has been received. Papers without registered presenter will be removed after 4 July 2013.
Our online conference registration is a 2-step process:
(1) Payment Please select your registration fee below and enter your paper number ("PD" for postdeadline papers). Then click on "Pay Now" and complete the payment process (requires credit card or paypal account).
(2) Registration Please click on the link below and fill out the registration form, including your payment confirmation number and your paper number.

Refund Policy: A 10% service charge will be assessed for processing refunds. No requests for refunds will be considered after 4 July 2013 unless we receive a copy of the official visa rejection letter of the Canadian consulate before 15 August 2013.
