Information for Authors

Oral presentations are limited to 20 minutes including discussion (invited: 30 min, postdeadline: 15 min). We provide laptop, LCD projector, overhead projector, microphone, and pointer. For smooth transitions between talks, please send your PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat presentation file latest by Friday, August 20,  to submission@nusod.org so that it can be installed and tested on our laptop (use your paper number as file name, no zip files). You may also use your personal laptop or bring your presentation file on CD-ROM, floppy disk, ZIP disk, or USB memory.

Posters should be mounted on Wednesday, August 25, before 9:30 AM on your poster board in the MCC Lobby (6 foot x 4 foot = 180 cm x 120 cm) and  removed after the poster session at 5:30 PM.

Special requests need to be sent to info(at)nusod.org before August 20.
